These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you, the user of the Website (“you” or “your”) and Praveg. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, and thus by accessing or using the Website you will be entering into a binding agreement with the Company. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to your use of all content, services, merchandise, and functionality offered on the Website.
Definitions:
“Praveg” means Praveg Limited, its hotels, resorts and properties, its affiliates, directors, subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and employees.

Reservation Requirements and Process
By using the Website to make a reservation at a Praveg property, you agree to be bound by all applicable terms, conditions, and policies of that property. You authorize Praveg to use your personal and payment information provided to complete the reservation.
There may be errors or inaccuracies in rates, availability, or other information displayed on the Website regarding Praveg properties. Praveg is not liable for such errors and reserves the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations, or improvements to reservations.
You may only make reservations for yourself and your guests, up to 9 rooms. Reselling or marketing Praveg reservations to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Properties reserve the right to refuse check-in if IDs do not match the reservation or are not provided. The guests must carry original copies of their proofs of identification (Aadhaar Card for Indian guests and Passport, Visa and OCI for foreign guests) at the time of check-in at the resort.
Payment Terms and Methods
You are liable for all charges from your stay including room, food and beverage, spa services, taxes, fees and any damages or losses incurred by you or your guests. All charges must be paid in full upon check-out.
Praveg accepts major credit cards. Card issuer fees for foreign transactions may apply. Additional foreign exchange fees may also apply for non-local currency charges.
If you check out without full payment, you expressly authorise Praveg to charge all outstanding amounts to any card on file from your reservation or stay.
Credit/Debit Card Details
Valid credit or debit card details, including card type, number, expiration date and full name, are required to guarantee reservations or prepay for bookings on the Praveg Website. Providing your card information authorizes Praveg to charge your card for the full amount of reservation charges, on-property purchases, damages/losses incurred during your stay, cancellation fees, or no-shows per Praveg’s policies.
While Praveg takes reasonable precautions to protect your card data, Praveg is not liable for any unauthorized access, hacking, viruses or malicious actions resulting in the disclosure of your card details or related damages. You agree not to hold Praveg responsible for any card information leakage beyond its reasonable control. To reiterate, the user/ guest has the sole responsibility in the aforementioned circumstances.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Cancellation policies, including any required notice period, may vary based on the rate, dates, property policies, and other factors. The cancellation policy for your reservation will be provided upon booking.
As a general policy, cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled arrival or no-shows are subject to 100% of the reservation amount as a cancellation charge to the card on file.
Praveg Property Policies
By making a reservation at any Praveg Property, you agree to comply with all rules, regulations, disclaimers, liability waivers, and policies prescribed by that property. This includes following all reasonable directions and instructions from hotel staff and applicable local laws.
You must adhere to Praveg Properties’ policies for using facilities like pools, gyms, spas etc. Use of these amenities is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Praveg is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use.
For security, safety and housekeeping purposes, hotel staff may enter rooms at least once daily even if the “do not disturb” sign is displayed.
Non-compliance constitutes a policy breach and may result in actions like cancellation of stay or reservations, fees, or being asked to leave the property.

Praveg’s failure to enforce rights does not waive its ability to enforce them later. If any portion of these Terms is invalid, the remainder continues in effect.
